I purchased a 2019 Yukon Denali XL. Gilbert and Michael were helpful and addressed most of my questions. Michael did a great job working back and forth with me and Finance as well as with my trade in. Ve were helpful and addressed most of my questions. Very disappointed that GMC did not have the second key for the vehicle and wanted to charge me for a new one. Also, very surprised that they tried to sell me accessories for the vehicle. Would of liked to of seen an upgrade to the floor mates rather than charge me another $200-400 having just committed to a $70K purchase. More

Very disappointing I have been utilizing your service for five years now. The last couple visits have not been well. I find that there is a lack of respect for my vehicl I have been utilizing your service for five years now. The last couple visits have not been well. I find that there is a lack of respect for my vehicle: I take care of my vehicle and how it looks. It has no scratches on it. Once I arrived home after an oil change I noticed a scratch on my driver side door. This was not present prior to my visit: I find this disappointing and a shame: I tried to wax it out but had no luck. Very sad! More
