After visiting other dealerships I was shocked at the fact that they tagged on additional charges for dealer upgrades that were supposedly added making the incentives disappear and raising the price. I was not interested in the upgrades but they said the upgrades were non negotiable. I walked away and decided to do some research and look elsewhere. Contacted Mark Christopher Chevrolet via chat and instantly got a response saying the trucks I was looking at on their website were available. Also received a call the next day from Alex Sarabia saying he would be happy to show me the vehicles. Alex greeted my wife and I warmly. He knew exactly which trucks I was interested in and quickly pulled the keys to all the trucks I wanted to check out. He took his time and gave me a full explanation of every feature the trucks had on them during each test drive. I was impressed by the fact that he wanted to make sure I was satisfied with the service/experience he provided. He was respectful and did not pressure me into buying something I did not want. He crunched numbers and answered as many questions I threw at him without hesitation. He is a man of integrity! I have bought many new cars and I have never experienced such wonderful service like I did from Alex! He is knowledgeable beyond belief and a great person to deal with! In 1999 I purchased my Chevy Silverado from MCC and it is still going strong! Happy that I returned to purchase another Silverado from Alex at MCC. More

Me and my wife were told that they have appraised our 2024 Chevy Trax 2RS with only 3k miles between $18.5k to $19.5k, the estimated monthly for the 2024 Blazer EV RS came out to be outside our budget, so I asked if they can work it out, me and my wife was told that they will appraise my car at $19.5k instead, being grateful to what was offered to us by Chevy, we decided to add another $1k, totaling our downpayment to $3.5k instead of $2.5K since Chevy made a compromise. I reviewed the contract as soon as we get home and come to find out they only appraised my car for $18.5K. We were in a hurry so I was not able to review the final contract before we left the dealership, Lesson Learned!. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, would recommend Mark Christopher Chevy and come back again on my next purchase. More

Eddie Lopez was our Sales Representative and Emeterio Nunez was the Finance Manager. Eddie was very helpful with finding the vehicle we were interested in and keeping contact with us as we waited for the Nunez was the Finance Manager.
