Service staff are very friendly & helpful. Avo took my info when I got to the Service area. He was very friendly & answered all my questions. My appt was with Juan Fletes, he's always been very patient & info when I got to the Service area. He was very friendly & answered all my questions. It usually impossible to reach the Service Dept whenever I've called. Even the main Operator has commented that they don't answer calls. Went in looking for a new Silverado and met with Anthony fairly quickly. Didn't seem like the typical dealer experience with throwing services and bugging you with questions. Made the entire experience so m fairly quickly. Didn't seem like the typical dealer experience with throwing services and bugging you with questions. Made the entire experience so much better. The negotiation was also very pleasing to deal with, they were up front and honest about pricing and managed to bring a deal that both sides were happy with in a decent time. Finance I was also dreading the typical throwing even more services at me (LoJack, Prepaid Maintenance, Paint protection, etc.) However it was far from the normal experience I get with dealerships. I was explained the benefits of an extended warranty, shown difference in payment and that was it. No GAP pitch, no prepaid maintenance or "paint protection" etc. Probably one of the best vehicle negotiation experiences I've ever had when buying a car. Thank you! Will be back in the future! More
