Quick service with my appointment. I was in and out of there in about 45 minutes. Although with that being said, there’s no guidance when you pull up if you stay in car or get out. I waited for about 5 minutes before I got out then walked inside. I stood there for about a minute until someone even noticed I walked in or they were just ignoring me. The gentlemen said “Someone will be with you in just a second.” Someone finally helped me then said I had to see someone else in order to get checked in. Booking an appointment online it doesn’t give the name of who you are supposed to check in with. Got to her, she checked me in quickly. While waiting both in the “service” and the customer lounge inappropriate language was thrown around like the military. I saw this cause I was in and was shocked. It didn’t bother me but I for sure wouldn’t want to bring children or my grandparents in here. Super average to me but customer service and professionalism goes a long way. Not sure if I will be back or not and wouldn’t recommend to others as of now. More
I was pleased with my sales person Dave. The problem most of the time comes in with the finance department.
