Not only have the guys been super friendly (in all departments, including service, finance & the ladies that prepare all of the sale documents), but I feel like they really go the extra mile to make you happy - you really get the sense that the Marina family CARES about your experience & wants you to walk away with a feeling of satisfaction. Marina has become my auto family & I will never go to another dealership. Not only have I been super satisfied/happy with Mitsubishi, as a whole, but Marina provides a special type of service that is rare these days - providing patience & making your experience personal. This is not the first vechicle we purchased from Marina as previously owned 2007 Outlander, 2012 Jeep Liberty and now 2014 Mitisbushi Outlander. This was my third vehicle purchase and Marina Dodge/Mitsubishi. All the staff is friendly, but, this was the BEST experience by far. My Sales Consultant, Johnathan Gutierrez, went well above and Dodge/Mitsubishi. All the staff is friendly, but, this was the BEST experience by far. My Sales Consultant, Johnathan Gutierrez, went well above and beyond for me and provided the absolute best customer service possible. I really cannot express in words how great he made the experience. John made feel comfortable, listened to what I said, was very knowledgeable about the product, answered all my questions and made be feel like I was important, respected, a friend. He worked very hard to get me the deal I wanted and made sure I was comfortable by reviewing all the vheicle options before I left the dealership. He even stayed past his shift to deliver my new car personally and be sure I was satisfied. He is Terrific (with a capital T)! I don't believe I have enjoyed meeting and working with an agent as much as John Guterierrz. Marina has a great Sales Team, but, John is #1 in my book and if your in the market for a new or used vehicle, he's your guy! Marina Dodge has a well stocked inventory to choose from and an excellent Service Department for after the sale. I have had all my routine maintenance performed there and I have never had a complaint. The Service Waiting Area has been totally revamped to a spacious room with tv, comfortable chairs and couches and a friendly staff. The work is performed in a timely manner, they make you aware of any problems, provide you with an estimate and how soon the issue should be fixed. They won't make you 'do it today' if its not necessary but let you know how soon it could be a major problem. I trust them and I hope you have the same experience as I have whenver you visit Marina. Jim Bonanno / Service department A+++ Service Team / Great Service, Fast and very clean service area. Nice waiting room with magazines and TV and coffee bar. Our car was treated very well, the car was in and out, both for an oil / filter change and also an extra key was programmed.
