2015 ford f250 platinum Drove six hours (round trip) to buy a $57,000 truck from them guys. I clearly asked the sales guy if the vehicle had any dents or scratches on it and Drove six hours (round trip) to buy a $57,000 truck from them guys. I clearly asked the sales guy if the vehicle had any dents or scratches on it and was anything wrong with it. Got there to do a test drive and discovered the navigation didn't work, missing panels, scratches and dings and the front speakers were missing. We told the guy that we wouldn't give anymore than $55,000 for the vehicle and he told us to have a seat while he contacted his GM, needless to say after 30 mins of waiting we left. He did call us 30 mins after we got down the road and said the navigation was working now. Wasted six hours of my life at this place. I can't say anyone was rude or polite because other than the sales person no one ever said anything to us. Not a total waste of a day though, got back home went to a dealership locally and bought a brand new loaded truck (same kind as the one they were selling) with ten miles on it for $3000 cheaper than thiers.... You live and learn.....just a total waste of time dealing with them. If they had been honest with the condition of the truck to begin with then they could have saved myself and the salesman alot of time and trouble. More
