Two weeks later, I advised dealer of issue and was assured that I would be reimbursed for repairs needed to pass emissions. Experienced some communication issues over the last few weeks; however, once I was able to directly communicate with Sales Manager Tamark, things moved swiftly. Within 24 hours, Tamark was able to secure a reimbursement check which is now en route to me. Tamark has delivered as promised and effectively resolved the issue. More

Much more to this dealer than what you see at main location on Roswell Road. Sales and finance seemed to work together effectively without a lot of back and forth to make the deal. My experience was direct with the sales person to get to know the car and direct with the "deal maker" on the numbers. You never really feel like you got the best deal on any trade in - but they were at least willing to negotiate. Feel things were fair - and I love my new car! More
