I brought in a 2001 Accord where the catalytic converter was stolen. I have never experienced such a horrible treatment as parts were ordered without my authorization.as well as starting work on the car to was stolen. To release the car to the insurance I was being charged a 20% restocking fee (when I was told the parts cannot be ordered without paying in full) for the parts since they came up with $6,600 to fix the car.. they charged storage and the car was released to the insurance company, The car was totaled in the end.. John Turano worked for Apple Honda and on two different occasions with two different cars told me the brakes were paper thin. Four years later the car needed brakes. Brought in my honda and again the brakes were paper thin when they were just replaced by a Honda mechanic. When questioned about this John Turano told me that the owner of Apple Honda died and that's what he was told to do. This disceptation was carried over to Mariano Rivera Honda. It's a shame to be victimized by the thieves but to be victimized by the dealer is unacceptable More

I was very pleased with the friendliness of Stephanie upon my unscheduled visit for service on my car. Jorge also greeted me and listened attentively to my unusual request, but he was able to have one of upon my unscheduled visit for service on my car. This new Honda location is very conveniently located for me and not having to have an appointment in your Service Department is a big PLUS. Thank you for your prompt service.
