I received a free loaner while I had a 3 hour recall performed along with some other maintenance issues. On my way home I received a text that my loaner had a full tank and was to be returned that way. performed along with some other maintenance issues. On my arrival at home 5+ miles away, I texted the service rep and after some time she replied that she would make an adjustment. The loaner sat in our driveway all day. 45 minutes before closing, because I had not heard anything else from the rep, so I called the dealer. My service rep had gone home and someone else told me that my car had just finished. My wife and I drove the 5+miles back to the dealer after putting one gallon of gas into the car just to make sure we wouldn’t lose our $20 deposit. On arrival at the dealer we were told all the loaner cars that left the dealer that AM had full tanks and that the tracking device on the car showed we had driven 50 miles and were accused of trying to avoid paying for the gas. After they went back to look at the loaner, one rep returned and processed our repair bill. No additional charges for the loaner were mentioned and no one apologized for their false accusations. My wife is currently driving her 4th Honda Pilot. Mariano Rivera Honda is the last place we will check out when she needs another one. More
I visited this location for an oil change and tire rotation service. My first impression was the customer service and ease of check in/out and completion was good. Two days after my visit, I started seeing dashboard lights come on (ABS and Traction Control, Tire Pressure). When I took it back to them, they ended up telling me I needed a repair that would cost over $2,300. The lights that came on were tire related yet the technician told me it has absolutely nothing to do with the service they provided just days prior. It just doesn't sit right with me that I came in looking to perform routine maintenance and I now have a huge problem. I regret going into this shop. Furthermore, I was told I would receive a point to point inspection on my first visit, but they didn't mention needing brakes or rotor replacement until after I brought the car back complaining about the steering wheel shaking while braking. More

Starting from the service checkin point I was greeted by the employee who asked what I was here for, he then checked the mileage and condition of the car. Moving inside to the service advisor I was greeted by service advisor, Christie Alejandro, who I have known for a few years at another dealership. She is courteous and professional, knows her cars and her job. She was always on top of things and fair and honest. Recall work plus normal service was done, she provided me with a loaner car because the recall was one that would take hours. I returned to this dealership after my first experience only because of two things. I discovered that Kenny Hicks was a principal here and that service advisor Christie Alejandro was here. I have dealt with Kenny for many years purchasing quite a few vehicles from him. He always set the final price for me. Always fair. Kenny knows how to set up and run a top quality dealership. The whole dealership facility is spotlessly clean. Mariano, you are set up for success here in Port Jeff Station. More
