When I called I included in the appointment information besides the car saying it needed service for A16, I needed the inspection done. When I left the car at service, I told Jamie, the valet, the car need besides the car saying it needed service for A16, I needed the inspection done. When I left the car at service, I told Jamie, the valet, the car needed inspection along with service, when I came into the service department I told Eddie I needed an inspection. Then, I was told I needed the rear differential fluid changed which seemed wrong as the car has less than 15,000 miles. But I trusted that it was necessary and paid the ridiculously high price of 485.91$ when I thought I was coming in for an oil change and inspection. When I picked up my car, there was grease all over the hood despite my asking for it to be washed. It was cleaned after I had to go back inside and tell the people in the department. After getting home, I checked the inspection sticker because while driving I saw it was the same color as before and I thought that was odd. It said 2023 and it should have been 2024. I called Eddie and I was informed that the inspection was never done. Worse, Eddie said we never discussed an inspection! It’s bad enough the job wasn’t done, but to have it put on me is really infuriating. Even if Eddie dropped the ball and forgot we “discussed “ doing an inspection, that’s what I made an appointment for and also told the valet. After getting home and researching rear differential fluid I found that it is not necessary to change until 30-50,000 miles. So in addition to having to waste another hour and a half of my time, gas, etc. to come back for an inspection that should have been done, I now feel completely ripped off and taken advantage of by your dealership for a service that was not necessary. A real strike out, Mariano Rivera Honda. Will not be using or recommending this dealership ever again. What a disappointment! More
My salesman Jose Saravia was a great guy and very helpful. The sales manager (forgot his name) was willing to hear me out and also great. Juan and Enrique were fantastic to deal with. No pushy sales maneuvers, clear and transparent pricing, no fees thrown in and no push for me to go with financing that makes them more money. There were a few issues with the car, they were clear about what they were and fixed them before delivery, what more can you ask. Great experience! More
