I recently purchased a certified pre-owned minivan and the experience was traumatizing. I drove almost 2 hours each way to this location based off of online reviews and inventory and unfortunately my choi the experience was traumatizing. I drove almost 2 hours each way to this location based off of online reviews and inventory and unfortunately my choice to do business with this dealership was a bad decision. The automotive industry has been extorting people with over inflated car values for the past several years and this dealership is no different. Having worked in sales at a dealership in the past, I am well aware of all the petty tactics that are used. The salesperson was manageable but dealing with Bill F. the general sales manager was like dealing with a petulant child. He was unfriendly & unprofessional and his behavior & language with the way he mocked me when I was trying to negotiate a fair deal was insulting and demeaning. The juvenile games of wasting hours of my time, going back and forth over a matter of a few hundred dollars was ridiculous. To close the deal he gave me a nasty and dirty look, threw his arms in the air like a drama queen, and shouted across the dealership to "just do the deal" and then literally stomped his feet and walked off the floor embarrassing not only himself, but to me as well and making everyone in the dealership at the time very uncomfortable. Bill needs to get over himself and grow up. Sorry not sorry that you didn't get to price gouge a 50+% profit on a used vehicle with me like you do with all the others. I simply had a strict budget I needed to hold. To make matters even worse I tried to get financing through your FI department and they came back with absurd numbers and when I checked my credit report two months later there were over 8 hard inquiries which lowered my credit score considerably. One phone call to my credit union got me an interest rate 1/3 the best rate I was offered by you guys so I secured my own funding. Glad I did. The vehicle I purchased had a soft brake pedal during the test drive, which means it needed to be rebled. I was assured this matter would be taken care of before I picked it up. As I knew it would, that matter was not addressed and I had had to wait around for another 3+ hours for them to supposedly rebleed the system. This did not happen so I was lied to and they just made me wait around to make it seem like they did something. I drove the vehicle home and paid to have it rebled by another shop and wouldn't you know it?....the brakes were considerably better and the shop informed me that the bleeder valves had not been touched. On top of even all that, I couldn't believe the audacity of the man with the short crew cut like hair working behind the counter at the in store cafe. Every time I was there he had a nasty look on his face, had no desire to answer any simple questions about the food and drinks I was purchasing and was rude with every sentence that came out of his mouth. The day I picked up my vehicle when I was waiting around for over 3 hours to get the brakes supposedly repaired, I was told to grab a water out of the cooler on top of the counter by my sales person. When I did, short hair guy shouted at me and accused me of trying to steal a water. Real professional guys, real professional. Sigh... All in all purchasing from this dealership gave me nothing but anxiety and further deepened my bitterness for stealerships because at the end of the day, big or small they all pull the same garbage.
