Took my car in for an appointment for the electronics to be diagnosed, I let the service rep know that I was reasonable with time to work on the car. I borrowed a relative's car while waiting for service o be diagnosed, I let the service rep know that I was reasonable with time to work on the car. I borrowed a relative's car while waiting for service on my car, Dropped the car off on a Thursday, Called the next day, Friday to get an update on what's happening. Got a call in the afernoon from the service rep that I took my service appointment with, and he tells me that he has NOTHING on the car yet. The service people hadn't even popped the hood open, must less looked at the car. Since Marcotte does not open its service on Saturday and Sunday, this dealer had my car for almost a week and did nothing. I have no idea where all these positive reviews come from, but my experience has been less than even the bare minimum of any service. After reading these positive reviews, I had a lot of work in mind for my car that could've put a few bucks in their register, But then, that's not going to happen either. More
