Worse service department anywhere. Attempted to upsell parts that would have cost almost $3000. I went elsewhere and paid $295 for parts and labor to have the heat repaired. I drive it everyday with my dog and have never seen any evidence of mice. All done to try to frighten a woman who they believed was dumb enough to buy into their xx. Shame on them! More
