Wanted to switch to Marcott for better service as I have heard nothing but good things about them. Turns out, they will not honor my warranty that I bought at another dealership. I was actually told that they only provide certain services for people that have bought their vehicle from them... can I ask how you get new customers if you do not provide them with services especially when they have bought a warranty for that service? I will be taking my business somewhere else. More

Nicole was fantastic throughout the entire buying process, keeping us informed of what was going on, making sure everything met our expectations. A few months later our other vehicle was needing to be replaced, so we returned to Nicole and ended up buying a 2013 Ford F-150. Well with a used vehicle, theres always the chance of it having issues... The issues were addressed to Rob in the service department and within a few days, all the issues were taken care of. While the truck was being fixed, they accommodated me with a loaner that was equivalent to what I owned. We couldn't be any happier with the experiences at Marcotte. More
Great beginning, terrible on-going service The reason we bought our car here is the loaner program, which says that if you buy a car from Marcotte, they will provide a free loaner anytime your The reason we bought our car here is the loaner program, which says that if you buy a car from Marcotte, they will provide a free loaner anytime your car is being serviced. Today is the second time when the service department is telling me that the service I need to have done "doesn't qualify time-wise for the loaner". Nowhere does it say that there is a minimum requirement of hours in order to get the loaner, they are just making this up as they go. I talked to Greg, the service manager who told me that even though it doesn't say anywhere that there is a minimum service requirement, it also doesn't say that there is not and therefore the service which they estimate to take an hour will not qualify me for the free loaner. So now I have to be be late for work and even though the quoted time is an hour, it always takes longer (and this is work for a recall from Ford). If you are considering buying a Ford, go to Sarat Ford in Agawam, they are a great dealership and they actually keep their commitments. DON'T BUY FROM MARCOTTE, THEY LIE AND YOU WILL BE DISSAPOINTED!! More

I traded a 2007 Edge and received an excellent trade-in without the usual haggling. One of the best pieces of the entire transaction was taking the 2012 for a test ride ALONE. Marcotte was the only dealer who offered this and I was able to pull into a nearby parking lot and examine the care without any pressure. First oil change is free, as is every 5th. Glen also set me up with a loan to be paid bi-weekly which will save thousands and shave 5 months off the note. Fantastic. More
Stopped by to see what was on the lot in suv. Bonnie was very helpful and guided us to what we were looking for. She had us take a test drive in two different cars a 6 and an 4 cyl. we sat down and talked p very helpful and guided us to what we were looking for. I have since found that they are pretty good but still out of my budget. I have since been to several other dealers and feal that my Marcot experience was one of the better ones More
