We really enjoyed working with Dawn, she is a really great woman. There was NO pressure from her and she would just go with the flow. The car was in good condition, our only complaints: the tank was about empty, our key's battery was dead and there were what looked like coffee stains in the car, that were suppose to be cleaned. I saw a car I was interested in on AutoTrader.com - the car had just been listed - When I called I spoke with Elliott who was very pleasant and helpful. Not 5minutes later he called with a detailed list of positive points about it and even dropped the price as further accommodation. Kinda didn't seem real. I had never really experienced this type of dedicated service. Nonetheless, after voicing my concern about buying a used car, Elliott agreed to meet me at my mechanic in philly with the it. My mechanic put it up on a lift and gave it a clean bill of health. That was yesterday, today I'm a proud owner of a Mazda3 - ZOOM ZOOM . . Elliott, Adam, Ryan & Brian all assisted me with the purchase and to tell the truth it still seems unreal. The measure taken to make me happy was paramount and I couldn't be happier. I needed to trade-in my truck and buy a car that had gas mileage that was more manageable for long commutes to work and home. I went to Maple Shade Mazda because the gap between my trade-in and the Mazda 3, that I wanted to purchase, was enough to most likely put it out of my price range. The Mazda was my first choice because of my past experiences with my Mazda 323, that I ran for 13 years and 265,000 miles before I sold it, so I figured I might as well give Maple Shade my terms and let them send me on my way to the more price appropriate car. To my surprise, with the "Pre-Owned Certified" warranty (I had intended on purchasing an extended warranty), the car was right in my price range. Now... when I say surprised I mean "Really" surprised! I've been buying and selling, new and used vehicles for more than 30 years and this was without a doubt the easiest and least stressful or pressured purchase I've ever made. I knew what the numbers should have been, going in to the dealership and I was sure that it was unlikely we were going to make a deal but Ryan Gruber and Alan Dimmerman were friendly, open and professional in their negotiations. They listened to my needs and to my concerns and made every effort to address them. No pressure, just problem solving! It doesn't get easier or more comfortable than this. Sincerely, John Greis More
I saw the Mazda I purchased on line and I decided to go into the dealership to test drive. When I walked on the lot I saw the Tribute I had seen on the website and looked in the vehicle. Within a minute of walking on the lot and locating the car Ryan came outside to assist me. He grabbed the keys and we went for a test drive. I liked the way the car rode and decided to buy. We returned to the showroom where Ryan got the paperwork started and I am the proud owner of my second Mazda purchased from Maple Shade Mazda. Everyone was friendly and courteous and I would definitely recommend them to anyone else looking to purchase a new or certified used car. More
******BUYER BEWARE OF THIS CAR DEALER***** I had two ******BUYER BEWARE OF THIS CAR DEALER***** I had two payments left on my previous Subaru contract, so, I leased a new car from Maple Shade Mazda in ******BUYER BEWARE OF THIS CAR DEALER***** I had two payments left on my previous Subaru contract, so, I leased a new car from Maple Shade Mazda in Maple Shade, NJ and was told my previous car lease would be paid off as part of the sales negotiation. Well, it wasn’t and now I have two separate car payments this month. I called Maple Shade Mazda to find out what happened and I was told, (in not to nice of a tone) that I agreed to one payment only, not paying off the other car as I was told by the salesman and the general manager. This response came from the sales manager, Brian Golin. The general manager, Adam Dimmerman will not return any of my phone calls, which leads me to believe this is a sales tactic. (I have purchased/leased several cars in the past and I can attest that the GM will always call you back once you are a customer of that dealership). As a consumer purchasing a product in good faith and expecting that in return, I feel I was lied to and cheated in order to make the sale, then ignored. Mazda USA Corporation, seems to apparently condone this practice, because after listening to my complaint, they were not willing to offer me any assistance. I thought I was dealing with a reputable company, but I do not feel this way now. I really expected them to help me make this right. This was my second Mazda that I purchased through Maple Shade Mazda. I could not be happier with them. They went above and beyond the call of duty to help place me in a new Mazda 3. Elliot, the salesman Shade Mazda. I could not be happier with them. They went above and beyond the call of duty to help place me in a new Mazda 3. Elliot, the salesman, even went as far as to set up my blu-tooth phone to be recognised by mt car! Again, could not be happier. Will definetely go back when the time comes for a new car! More
