I called the dealership, they set up an immediate appointment, repaired the vehicle, and (knock, knock) I haven't had a problem since. I now take it in for routine maintenance about every 3 months. I'm always greeted by friendly personnel who set up the appointment, service managers who know what they're doing, and fast and efficient service. They also through in a 52,500 mileage maintenance package for free next time I return for service, which I plan to do, to compensate for extra car rental expense.
