I went in for an oil change and I can write the same review for every visitI have had since I bought the car in 3/14. Extremely capable service crew. I went in for an oil change and normal service and they found the battery was not up to snuff losing cranking amps. They replaced it and prevented me from getting stuck somewhere this winter. All the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. I have never had an issue since buying the car. I have a second car so I don't wait or need a loaner but regardless any time I bring the car it is finished in a reasonable amount of time. It is always enjoyable to to go there except for the spending money part but their prices are good for a dealer, I never have felt I was overcharged. I am very happy with everything about Maple Shade Mazda and will be buying my next car there. More
