Was told all work was performed within two day low air pressure light came on (Just needed air.)Then the washer fluid all of a sudden has a leak that I think was caused by maple shade Mazda in retaliation for calling then out for upselling services I will never purchase or go back for service free or not from this car dealership. UNACCEPTABLE AND SHADY. My Mazda 6 Signature was due for a 60,000 mile service. These guys will 100% completely ignore the Mazda service manual which calls for spark plugs My Mazda 6 Signature was due for a 60,000 mile service. These guys will 100% completely ignore the Mazda service manual which calls for spark plugs to be replaced on the 2.5 Turbo every 40,000 miles. Instead, they give you THEIR preventive maintenance schedule showing '2016 and newer turbo vehicles require addition of spark plug replacement at 30,000 miles'. No it doesn't. I was clear when I booked the service that I don't need spark plugs as I had them done at 40,000 miles. I just want what Mazda's service manual calls for. They won't unbundle their service schedule and insist on a $520 60K service loaded with stuff I don't need, and spark plugs I don't need for another 20,000 miles. They only care about padding their pocket with unnecessary service items. Love the car, but Mazda you are off the list when my wife's Pathfinder gets replaced next year. These guys prey on uneducated consumers. More

I wish I could give ZERO stars. Sales is pushy and service is terrible. Enjoyed the car but needs a new engine at year 5. No way. Service does not honor their warranty. I took my vehicle to the Mazda of Maple Shade on 1/11/2023. I have been having issues with my car alarm going off all hours of the day and at night and was at a loss as to why issue was occurring. When I came to pick up my car later that day, I was greeted by Eric Verderame who told me that nothing was wrong with my vehicle and that he had “checked everything”prior. Eric did not offer me a solution to my issue, however, stated that “squirrels were setting the alarm off” and “someone was trying to break into my vehicle”. Eric’s professionalism was very rude and inconsiderate and I told him I would never bring my vehicle back again. Eric responded to “never come back here again”. I highly do not recommend Mazda of Maple Shade. Take your business elsewhere! More
Julian in the service department needs to be retrained. My car was dropped off at 815 am for regular maintenance. I recieved a call at 925 am from Julian stating I needed rear breaks a wheel alignment and a couple of other things which I agreed to have done. I never heard back from him .I called the following day at 330pm to get an idea of when my car would be done and the lady tells me my car has been ready and was done late the previous night. I ask why no one called me at all today to let me know it was ready . She tells me I can come now and I tell her I work in NY I can't make it by 5. She proceeds to ask me if I drive their loaner to NY very rudely and tells me she will have Julian call me back. Needless to say it cost me 4 hrs of no pay at work ,parking fees and round-trip njtransit train fair just to pick up my car. I completely regret buying my car from them I've recieved superior customer service from Toyota .This is by far the worst dealership I've ever dealt with. More
This place is for vehicles under warranty only, and even if I had a vehicle with a warranty I would never bring my car here as the mechanics are lazy. To preface- my car is my baby, I do most of the work myself but as it had an active recall I brought it to the dealership to address some issues. I brought my 2009 Mazdaspeed3 in for a recall and 75k mile service. I also told them that the headlights weren't working correctly because the ballasts and igniters were failing. I asked them to check for a noise in the front suspension and to see why the new brakes were squealing. The mechanic who did the service did an unbelievably poor job. He cut every corner, he reattached my headlight using just 1 of the 4 bolts required! It was literally shaking on my drive home. I found the other 2 bolts wedged under my windshield wiper. The covers for the wiper tray were pried off and never put back on. The entire undertray was reattached using just 5 plastic screws, I had to replace the other 10. I have no doubt it would have fallen off at high speeds. They ended up charging me $350 just to diagnose that the ballasts and igniters were failing, even though I had already told them that!!! They then wanted $650 JUST FOR PARTS, so I went online and found the exact same OEM parts for $80... In all I spent $1000 for them to install the End Links that I PROVIDED, do an oil change and do an awful job putting my car back together. They never even looked for the noise in my front suspension, or addressed the squealing brakes. And the kicker! After getting my car back, all sorts of new electrical gremlins- the clock button no longer works, cant set the correct time. The AC temperature now displays in Celsius and cant be adjusted! I ended up spending my weekend taking my front end apart to fix the headlights myself, and learning all about the corners they had cut. NEVER GO HERE! More
We would definitely buy a car there again. Easy to schedule a test drive, then we spontaneously decided to test drive a second car, no problem at all.
