Service Center never finds all the problems Recently took my 2007 Mazda 3 in for service. A tire was losing air, my front and back headlights were out on my driver side and my check engine light Recently took my 2007 Mazda 3 in for service. A tire was losing air, my front and back headlights were out on my driver side and my check engine light was on. When they called me to tell me what they found, they told me they fixed my front headlights. I asked about the back and they said "nope nothing wrong with the back" no I assure you they are out too. Sure enough they went back and fixed them too. That's not the first time I've had to ask them to go back and re-inspect an issue. They told me I had a few problems that were causing my check engine light to come on. I asked which were critical, b/c I planned to buy a new car in a few months. The manager assured me that "none were performance issues" So I opted not to fix them. Two days later, my car broke down. I believe I blew a head gasket. When we called Mazda to ask about it the manager told us that his team wouldn't have been able to find that issue. Which I'm not surprised by when if I'm taking it from a skill level, since the mechanics couldn't identify a broken tail light, but i would think if you have it hooked up to identify the check engine light issue, something would tell you that there was a major issue with the car. I loved my Mazda, all 125k miles that I put on it. But unfortunately, as I now shop for a new car, I won't buy a new one, simply because I don't want to deal with their service center. More

Used Car Purchase Today I purchased a loaded 2012 Chrysler Town & Country from Turnersville Mazda. Being a bit of a car enthusiast, I have to say, inside and out, this Today I purchased a loaded 2012 Chrysler Town & Country from Turnersville Mazda. Being a bit of a car enthusiast, I have to say, inside and out, this was the cleanest 4year old, low mileage vehicle I've ever seen. It honestly looked like it had never been sat in or driven!!! Additionally, The van still had over a year left of factory warranty on the drive line. In spite of all this, the van was priced significantly below market value. My salesperson was Yuriy and he could not have been nicer or more helpful throughout the entire process of purchasing the vehicle. What I especially liked about Yuriy is that while looking the car over and test driving it, he didn't take advantage of the fact that the van was absolutely flawless in every way by throwing that in my face at every chance he had (like your typical car salesperson). Instead he allowed me to form my own opinion and, believe me, I really had a difficult time hiding just how blown away I actually was with what a great deal I was getting on the van. I've probably purchased well over 50 vehicles in my lifetime some new and many of which were high end used creampuffs. That being said, this was among, if not, the cleanest and best priced yet! Having done my homework, and considering the condition it was in, I honestly think they could have easily priced the van 3 to 4K more and it still would have been a bargain. Again my thanks to Yuriy for his helpful, friendly and professional manner. I would definitely do business again with this dealership and I would definitely ask for Yuriy. More

The service department handled the 6.7.5k service quickly and went immediately to addressing my acceleration concern. The service department does a terrific job of satisfying any customer concerns, and never tries to up sell you anything that you don't actually need.
