After an oil change they left the tank but loose and all of the oil leaked into my driveway. Horrible service for a “certified car dealership”, I had to end up fixing it myself and I have 0 experience with of the oil leaked into my driveway. No more long waits for an appointment, they solved that and now they were able to accommodate me for early next week without a loaner. Also, they do have loaners unlike some other dealerships that quickly and now they were able to accommodate me for early next week without a loaner. I took my 2015 Beetle Turbo in for regular maintenance. Absolutely the best dealership I've ever been to! Hannah, Brenden and Sam have the patience of Job! I cannot say enough good things about them! They are friendly, efficient, kind, concerned, knowledgeable, helpful, PATIENT, thorough, etc. They also have a great balance of professionalism and personalism! I'm not an easy customer, and am very picky about my car! The customer service I received at MHAG was STELLAR! The inspection showed everything that needed to be done. My car was running fine, but after the regular maintenance was done, it was a-m-a-z-i-n-g! Everything that was done was done perfectly, and they left my car clean and washed. Hannah always has a smile for you. Returned the loaner (driving it home and back to Maple Hill) and put $14 worth of gas in it. The last person did. not fill the tank up so....
