After an oil change they left the tank but loose and all of the oil leaked into my driveway. Horrible service for a “certified car dealership”, I had to end up fixing it myself and I have 0 experience with of the oil leaked into my driveway. No more long waits for an appointment, they solved that and now they were able to accommodate me for early next week without a loaner. Also, they do have loaners unlike some other dealerships that quickly and now they were able to accommodate me for early next week without a loaner. Hannah always has a smile for you. Returned the loaner (driving it home and back to Maple Hill) and put $14 worth of gas in it. The last person did. not fill the tank up so.... I took my 2015 Beetle Turbo in for regular maintenance. Absolutely the best dealership I've ever been to! Hannah, Brenden and Sam have the patience of Job! I cannot say enough good things about them!
