You'd have to be out of your mind to go here. This dealership is a bunch of crooks! We took our Touareg in for an oil change, fluid check and tire rotation, and new spark plugs. We were going to b This dealership is a bunch of crooks! We took our Touareg in for an oil change, fluid check and tire rotation, and new spark plugs. We were going to be going to the U.P. Michigan and into Canada. We got as far as the middle of nowhere in the U.P. and the engine light came on and the power steering pump was squealing. My husband checked the water and the power steering tank…none! The brake fluid was low too! We had some water with us so he topped that off and we were able to drive to the nearest "town". They had somewhat of an auto parts store so we got the fluids we needed plus the engine was a quart and a half low of oil. Called them when we got signal…they acted like it was no big deal! Went round and round with them when we got home, all they could offer us was $50.00 off our next service. Wow…. thanks a lot. We also discovered when we got home that they hadn't even changed the spark plugs! And they stole our wrench for our lug nuts. All this for a mere $650.00. More

The service department there is excellent. Steve has always given me sound advice and I feel I can trust him. I go nowhere else for service and believe me, I get a lot of oil changes! Mike (salesman) was very courteous. I already knew I wanted another Tucson. I've already been back for a "refresher" on how all the gadgets work. They have really updated Tucsons in 10 years. I'm trying to catch up. Thoroughly enjoying my new ride. More
