Great experience I was looking for a car for my mom. Bruce answered my questions and availability of the car almost Immediately as per a phone call. We had a long drive to get there so he held the keys so the car would still be there when we arrived. Upon arrival he had the car pulled up and ready for us to drive. He spent a great deal of time getting the seat "just right" for my mom's small frame. He also helped her with the mirrors as she was not used to all the electronic devices. There was no high pressure. He wanted to make certain she was comfortable with the car. After she made her decision, about an hour later she was driving her new car home!! Thanks Bruce!
