So professional, so patient, so approachable, knowledgable, and super attentive! He always responded to emails when I had a question or concern, and really made me feel like a valued customer. Working with him and the finance department was surprisingly pleasant, considering buying a car can be stressful. I've only had the car a few weeks, but when I called with a couple of questions, the service staff and Mike were eager to help, and didn't make me feel like I'm just another number, and didn't make me feel silly for asking questions. I had such a great experience, I am trying to get my mom into a new Subaru as well! It's a great car (the Crosstrek) and the buying experience was top rate! More

Great experience with a professional team I was in the market for a vehicle to replace my truck. I was focused in the pre-owned market and was connected with Tyler Eddy, after looking at sever I was in the market for a vehicle to replace my truck. After much discussion and learned my needs, started looking at new vehicles as well. Tyler maintained a solution-focused approach and never pressured me in any form. I decided on a vehicle, he worked with me on the financing side, identifying opportunities that really benefited me and discounts I qualified for. I ended up with a new 2018 Subaru Outback for less than I was able to find 2016 or 2017 Outbacks. Even though, Maple Hill didn’t have the color scheme I wanted, Tyler worked to find one in the area and had it delivered. Overall, I had a fantastic experience with Maple Hill in general and Tyler specifically. My girlfriend will be in the market for a new vehicle soon and we will be sure to visit Tyler again. More

A couple guys came walking around the corner on their noon lunch walk and one of them asked me if they could help me with something. I said I didn't want to interrupt their walk but Phil said. 'No problem, what can I do?'. He is a quiet thoughtful person that listened carefully to what I asked. He walked through all the features of the automobile and we went for a ride. It was a very easy low stress day. I bought the Santa Fe Sport. Next time the need for another car rolls around I will definitely talk to Phil first. More
