I was asked if I still wanted to proceed with the appointment. Heather explained the 30,000 mile service and explained why it was going to be more than the typical oil change. Heather was extremely helpful printing off a maintenance schedule with estimated costs for my vehicle so I would know what to expect for future visits. During the wait, my cell phone died and Heather was kind enough to look up the closest cell phone store and provided directions so I could get the phone checked out. Greatly appreciate the all of the assistance during the visit and all of the explanations concerning the maintenance on the vehicle. More

I could have got a better deal elsewhere but the dealer location was convenient. A couple years ago I took it in to replace the timing belt. I picked it up and drove it to clinicals for several weeks before noticing they failed to replace the antifreeze reservoir after doing service. There was antifreeze all over the engine! I took it in and they replaced it, but wth. Then the other day the check engine light came on so I called and scheduled an appointment. I took the day off work to make the appointment only to have them call me 20 minutes before the appointment to cancel. They said sorry but there are no technicians in to do the work. Ridiculous! Don't go there, there's your warning!!! More
