In 2017 we were in need of an SUV to hall our bikes around. Although we did run through the Ford Dealership lot, there was no question in my mind that our 3rd vehicle would be a Hyundai. This decision was not only based on price and performance, but the sincere effort of Steve Nutt and his crew to help me maintain a safe and dependable vehicle, no matter the inconvenience to their schedule, so I can get to work each day. Car number 4 is just around the corner and I have my eye on a Veloster this time! I hope Steve isn't thinking of retiring in the next few years. More

Lack of knowledge and communication My service technician lacked the knowledge and skill needed to confey what was going on with my car. The tech tried but lack of skill came through. Luckily when I picked up my car another service technician was around who understood and could explain what was happening with my car. 200 MILE DRIVE FOR THE BEST!!! He walked me through what I needed, spoke w/my financial institution, got me a BETTER DEAL on my 2019 Accent (I was about to purchase a 2018) than the other spot, and it was MUCH nicer. I was driving from NEW HAVEN, MI.... We did the entire deal in less time than the 3 hours it took me to get there..... AND... they closed at 8 but he waited for me (arrived at 8:30pm) because he knew how I really wanted my car. He responded to every email, answered every call and addressed every concern. THE BEST!!! The car I wanted was not available in inventory but he made all efforts to find the exact one I wanted and stayed on my budget. He took the time to answer all my questions by email or phone as I lived about 60 min away. He was always very transparent and honest in the negotiation. 24,000 mile checkup I had had my oil changed at 23000 miles so I was told I could wait for the next one due before I had this checkup. Unfortunately, I was not notified that a 30,000 mile checkup would be due soon after and that I could just schedule this one instead which takes care of some of the same things. I was fully prepared to be at the dealer for a longer time this morning for service expecting some of these things to be taken care of. More
