You spend over $30,000 for a car you expect it to be detailed. The car was filthy when we test drove it. I explained to our sales person that detailing the car was very important to me. I expressed that there was a stain in the trunk. I told the sales person I was very picky about cleanliness. The trunk of the car wasn't even touched. When we came to pick up the car the charging cord was missing and we live four hours away. The cord had to be hunted down. Our sales person said he would not be available the day we came in to pick up the car but assured us he was only a phone call away. We tried calling twice when the cord could not be found and it went straight to voice mail each time. More
