It was pretty easy to make an appointment online, though the system did not offer me the function of choosing my service advisor. Usually, I ask for Bill Robertson. When I arrived, I found that Manly Honda service had a thorough social distancing protocol set up. Every person on the team wore a mask. Tables where set up in front of the service lobby doors, blocking access. Everything was done with a team person behind the counter, or when they came over to talk to me in person, they stood a few feet away. I found the process reassuring. Chris was the service advisor who worked with me and he was efficient and knowledgeable. The only glitch in the process was in renting a car for the day. I had opted for this since waiting in the service lounge was not allowed. I don't know why it took so long, but eventually I was taken by two team members to the rental car and given a thorough introduction to the controls and features of the car. I really appreciated this in particular. When I returned at mid-day, return of the car and retrieval of my own car was easy. My only suggestion is that the other team members who help during the process might introduce themselves. Either I didn't notice their name badges or they didn't have them - and I am thus unable to acknowledge their helpfulness by naming them here. More

Excellent service, always happy when with the service dept. Bought my car here in 2016 and Jose Rocha helped me out today by putting four brand new tires on my car and giving it back to me cleaner than I dept. I’ve been going to Jose for service on my 2016 CRV for a year now. He is so professional, careful and never tries to sell me things I don’t need. My car always comes back to me clean and shiny too.
