For starters, I needed to take my rental car beyond the 100 mi/day limit, and Donna okayed it. Then there was a misunderstanding between myself and Susan about the amount of my bill, and rather than send me home resentful, we compromised, and I went home a satisfied customer — not the first time, and I’m sure it won’t be the last!
