He was sure to collect all of the necessary information over the phone, to eliminate any unnecessary waiting. Upon arriving at the dealership, Jesse was there to greet me, and made me feel totally at home. Jesse is AMAZING!! Within a very short time my paperwork and I were off to see Steve McKerracher in Finance, where I was greeted with a warm smile. Steve explained everything in great detail, explained all of my options, and answered all of my questions. Steve is TERRIFIC!! Before I left the dealership, Jesse sat in my new car with me and went over all of features with me and made sure I didn't have any questions. Paul Matulich came out just before I left to be sure I had an amazing experience, AND I did!! I absolutely LOVE my new Accord EXL!! Thank You Team Manly!! More

Honest, Friendly Service I have purchased three vehicles at Manly. I have found the staff to be honest and very friendly. They are also interested in making their customers happy. One of my complaints is that the process is very slow. The service has a very casual feel, which is very comfortable and great for people who don’t mind hanging out at a car dealership all day, but for those of us with extremely busy lives and children the lengthy process is a bit frustrating. I like to stick to a schedule and have things done very quickly, this is not the way it worked at Manly. There were very casual conversations, slow walking, looking for keys, talking to managers, talking to other customers... Additionally, there isn’t much to entertain or occupy children. If the car buying process is going to be as lengthy as it is, they should offer activities or something of interest for children. We came in to upgrade to a larger verticale because of our growing family (and there were other families there as well), and we had to have our children, but we had to entertain our children while trying to navigate the process. They don’t even have crayons, which was a shocker (most banks, restaurants, and other car dealerships have crayons and paper for children). they do have a children’s area near the service station, but the bins are nearly empty (there are a handful of duplos), and there are a few activities like tick tack toe on the wall. It is very nice that they offer coffee, tea, and cookies! We were able to bribe our 2 year old to sit down for a few minutes with a cookie. More

Santiago was kind, professional, and put me at ease. He took the time to educate me about what maintenance would be recommended. I explained which items I wanted done today, and he made me a list of 'to-dos' for my next visit. He also ordered an Uber ride for me to go back to wait at home while they did the work. There was also a nice guy who greeted me when I arrived and he helped me take off the license plate cover and he replaced my registration sticker for me. I hope we will have the carwash running soon, as my old Saturn dealer used to add a car wash and detail to every oil change! More
