He thoroughly explained all the details about the different makes of the car we were interested in and was so patience and understanding when we had even more questions. He made buying a car fun! I would recommend my family and friends to seek him out and buy a new or used car from Pat. He truly has a good heart and is such a good person! There needs to be more people like Pat! During the finance portion of our experience we were assigned to Rosa Chavez. Rosa was a trooper! We were there very late the night we bought our car so that meant that Rosa had to stay late too to wrap up the finances. She was incredibly patient throughout the entire process! Time was not important, WE WERE IMPORTANT! She answered all of our questions and worked out numbers multiple times until we found a comfortable number for our budget, never once was she annoyed or irritated with the fact that the process took so long. She was super sweet and very personal. We laughed and giggled and just had a stress free experience with her! We could have not asked for a better experience than what we received with Pat and Rosa at Manly Honda! More

I love Bill Robertson! Lucky for me to have been assigned to Bill Robertson the first time I needed to service my new Honda Odessey. I was a reluctant to use dealer services Lucky for me to have been assigned to Bill Robertson the first time I needed to service my new Honda Odessey. I was a reluctant to use dealer services because my father used to do all my oil changes & repairs... or a non-dealer mechanic. However, my 2012 mini van has gotten more complicated and computerized and I had to retire my father from changing my oil & doing my service... Bill explains things, keeps my van in great shape and with the use of their generous monthly coupons, it's not that expensive for peace of mind. Bill Robertson has taken care of me for 7 years now and he has my respect and appreciation. He's a smart guy and Honda should be very happy that he is so good with customer service. More
