He made sure everything went smoothly, and we managed to get most of the paperwork handled over email/text (except for the final signing, which was done while taking possession of the car), so this was a big plus. No games or gimmicks! The initial online quote I received was already quite good, and when I received a lower quote elsewhere and was ready to buy, Atilio quickly got back to me about whether they could match or not, without playing any games regarding monthly payments or tricks to get me into the dealership and restart negotiations, etc. The dealership also provided delivery to reasonably close locations, so I managed to get the car delivered to San Francisco free of charge without ever having to step foot into the dealership, and the entire process from my initial online quote to delivery of the vehicle took less than 48 hours! The only slight issue arose when a particular color that I had wanted ended up not being in stock because the inventory showing up on their website was a bit out of date, but Atilio took immediate steps to locate other vehicles of various colors and the same model and trim, so there was no problem whatsoever in the end in getting a color option I was happy with. I highly recommend Manly Honda and, in particular, working with Atilio Jimenez! More

I also thought Keven, in finance, was very helpful He did not pressure us to add on all the "service" packages. He told us about all of them, but didn't push.
