Really great or really bad. Iv been coming to Manley Honda exclusively for 11yrs. I bought my CRV from Manley. My folks bought their Hondas from Manley. It's the one I share with anyone who will listen. At a time of need. After a brutal home invasion. When all credit cards, debit cards were stolen, along with my car keys. I came in to get new keys made. I was turned away because I was unable to pay for services at time of completion. Even after explaining my situation. Asking to be billed, providing them my insurance info. I was still denied services. I still use Manley Honda. But I never forget how they treated me when I needed them most. I also tell this story to everyone interested in Manley Honda. More

Low expectations, still disappointed :-/ All that really happened was a used car was sold to me and the vehicle I traded in was taken for significantly less than the KBB and NADA value. T All that really happened was a used car was sold to me and the vehicle I traded in was taken for significantly less than the KBB and NADA value. Tried to talk to the salesperson about it. He went 3 steps away to talk to some other guy about it. The other guy loudly said, "that car's just going to go to auction etc". Salesperson comes back from 3 steps away and offers me even less than what he had first offered me for my trade-in, as well as telling me there needed to be a much larger down payment. After I took the used car I bought home, I decided I wanted to cancel the nearly $4000 warranty and $900 GAP, so they told me I /needed/ to drive 50 miles back to Santa Rosa to sign 1 paper that could have been signed in Docusign or scanned & emailed... :-/ Despite everything, it was nice being able to get out of my old car and into a different one.
