Bill Robertson was the service advisor who helped me when I was there recently (5/14/2021) and I couldn't have asked for better and more thorough assistance. Everyone I came into contact with at Manly Honda was very professional and courteous. Although I had a tricky issue with my driver side door I felt comfortable that they would be able to fix it. Brought my new 2021 Ridgeline in to the dealer I purchased from (Manly) for a windshield gasket replacement and they refused to do so. I gave them a video of the whistling noise and evidence of this purchased from (Manly) for a windshield gasket replacement and they refused to do so. I gave them a video of the whistling noise and evidence of this happening with other 2021 Ridgelines but they said they could do nothing unless they could replicate the noise "consistently" (their tech did notice it for a couple of seconds). I complained and the service manager told my "service representative" that it had to be there consistently for them to do anything. Really? American Honda said they leave warranty repairs up to the dealers. So if the dealers does not want to make repairs then the consumer has no recourse. I bought a Honda based upon their reputation but apparently that isn't worth much. I'll never buy a Honda again and would never recommend going to Manly Honda. More

Terrible service. No communication with me. 1 1/2 hr service finished in 9 hours. I dropped the car off early so, as your scheduler said it could get in right away. At 4pm I had to call in to check on service finished in 9 hours. I dropped the car off early so, as your scheduler said it could get in right away. At 4pm I had to call in to check on the progress of the repair. At 5 pm I received a call that it was ready for pick up. I could not get there at that time. I picked up the car the next day. No apologies. The child seat in the back seat was removed and not re-installed. All in all, not a good experience for me. More
