I did not appreciate being screamed at on the phone about the car rental I didn’t want to begin with. I was only able to request one day off work for the service. I am a single mom of three and had no choice the car rental I didn’t want to begin with. I was only able to request one day off work for the service. I am a single mom of three and had no choice to wait around until the car was finished a day or two later. And I’m sorry that I live two and a half hours away one direction. I will definitely be letting those people I know who have asked me about my experience buying from your company know what happened to me, and let them know they should think twice especially having your company do a service. I will not be back. More
