Our 2009 Odyssey started misfiring. Manly service got us right in, diagnosed fouled spark plugs, and in two days we had our car back running strong, with advice on options for future prevention of the probl right in, diagnosed fouled spark plugs, and in two days we had our car back running strong, with advice on options for future prevention of the problem. Used to be good but now absolutely bad! The service adviser was good but the oucome of the work was shabby! Car was left overnight but still had to be brought bactk. The panel for the window control keeps popping out. Our 2002 CRV was brought brand new and always serviced by Honda dealers from Florida to Humboldt and now here in Sonoma. Recall on the car included tinkering on the door panels. Now, this small panel keeps on popping out and will not stay flat which is really annoying. At one time, we had a civic, a crv and a pilot. now we have the pilot and crv and this experience does not at all motivate us to get another honda car! Also one time, we paid about $ 1000 to service our pilot and i wanted the courtesy washing and was assured that it would be done. Upon pick-up, It was not done on the excuse that it had a kayak rack on top. the least that could have been done was hose it manually but no, it was serviced but not washed whatsoever! More
