Went into Manchester Harley Davidson yesterday with a friend to help him look for a newer bike. In my opinion the odds were against him getting onto a bike in his price range with what he had for a trade friend to help him look for a newer bike. In my opinion the odds were against him getting onto a bike in his price range with what he had for a trade. This being said, Ashley and Kari (Red) made this become a reality and made his dream come true! They went out of there way by allowing the absolute most for his trade and did whatever else it took to make this happen. they were able to put him on a newer bike and in a payment that he was comfortable with. He went from a Honda, to a Harley, that's a nice upgrade. Special thanks to Kari for putting up with us all day, she is a great girl with an amazing personality and not afraid to go out of her way to help in any way she can and has gained a few new customers for life!! (And cute!) Thanks to Ashley for all the negotiations with the bank etc!!! More

Very impressed with the whole staff at Manchester Harley. They treated us like family from the moment we walked up. I reached out to the the guys in the service department to do a motor build, which I dealt with Jamie from day one. He was completely transparent throughout my whole build. I honestly can’t say enough about Manchester Harley. I went there to buy my first Harley street glide. It’s been an absolute dream bike of mine. THe team there made us feel as family! They really stuck to their word at this dealership from parts to the finance guy ! It was absolute amazing experience I can’t wait to go back just to hang out with them! Keith really takes his job extremely serious in the best way you could ever ask for! I will only deal with him for my next Harley or motorcycle period. I absolutely hate going to car dealers and feeling like you’re just a number. That’s not the case here you feel like a family open the door with beer and a warm plate!
