What Others Say
We had a great experience at first — they helped us find a bike and made a deal that worked for us. But once the paperwork was signed, communication completely stopped. The bike sat at their dealership for three weeks with no updates, no registration, and no pickup scheduled. Then we found out we’re expecting a child, and understandably, our priorities changed.
Before the bike was ever registered or picked up, my boyfriend contacted them to cancel the sale. Cody told him to “That’s not an option, the deal is already finalized.” He followed up again the next day — same answer. Then suddenly, once he made it clear he wanted to cancel, they claimed it was magically “finalized.” That’s not just shady — it feels completely deceptive.
He never even took possession of the bike. They stalled him for two days, then rushed the registration through without his consent, and now claim it’s too late. The manager’s only response? “You signed the paperwork.” Ignoring the fact that we tried to cancel before anything was registered or delivered.

UPDATE:
We checked the Mass RMV website, and as of today, the title still shows “in progress.” So clearly, the registration is not finalized. My boyfriend sent a screenshot of this to assistant manager Cody, who then backtracked and said he could no longer help — and would pass the message to the general manager. Cody repeatedly insisted it was finalized, but the state’s system says otherwise.
The general manager Keith has been rude and dismissive, hiding behind the same tired line: “You signed paperwork.” They continue to lie and spin the story to avoid accountability, but all they’re doing is digging themselves deeper into a hole.

We’ve made it crystal clear: we are not taking the bike home. This entire experience has been dishonest, manipulative, and unethical. We’ll be filing formal complaints with the Massachusetts Attorney General’s Office, the Better Business Bureau, and Harley-Davidson Corporate — and we won’t hesitate to get legal counsel involved.
They need to fix this now, cancel the sale, and return our trade-in. No delivery, no fees — just undo the deal, like it never happened. We acted in good faith, and instead we’ve been lied to, ignored, and disrespected.
Avoid this dealership at all costs — they will lie to your face, hide behind paperwork, show zero empathy, and only care about profiting off people. Absolutely unacceptable.
I had the best experience purchasing a bike. I had sales associated Aidan Sody. He could not have been more helpful. I would very much recommend this to anyone looking to buy a bike, could not believe the assortment of motorcycles on the premises to buy as well. The bike was able to be delivered right to my door which made it such an ease of a process.
Thanks!

I went with my wife to this dealership. We were there to look at older bikes. I met a young Man named lukeus and he took us thru each department. Really nice Dealership. Then lukus took me looking at the new Road Glides. One stood out to me a 2024 Road Glide it was love at first sight. Lukus no pressure to buy and he new every thing on that bike and the computer settings. The entire staff were incredible. Pulling the rope for making a purches of a new bike was cool. I owe it all to lukus for walking me thru the, the sale. The perfect salesman. And the whole team. I love this new bike,

It was such a pleasure working with Chris. I so appreciated his hospitality. This was my 1st Harley I’ve owned and he made it a comfortable transaction. I will come see Chris when the time comes to upgrade. Thanks again
Very unprofessional they could’ve made a sale if they just focused on showing me what I came up there for originally instead of showing Bikes that I was not interested in complete waste of my time!
