I found a beautiful bike on their website so I sent my information in for a general inquiry and Felicia from their internet sales team got back to me right away inviting me to come check it out. I'm so happy I did because it was one of the best purchase experiences I've ever made. This was a no pressure sale, no attempts to up-sale me to a more expensive bike; there was nothing but respect and consideration to make sure I got the bike I wanted. Keith also made sure the entire process was smooth from beginning to end and pulled his team together to take care of each part of the process. They also provided me with several finance options to best suit my payment needs. The icing on the cake at this dealership is that they hold an induction ceremony for you when you buy a bike from them. You literally get to write a little piece of history with them once you close the deal which makes the entire experience very memorable. They also give you a tour of the store and introduce you to your new services and accessories team, which starts a strong relationship from the very beginning. More
I have been to many Harley Dealerships, and this one has to be the very best. Super attentive staff, and very clean facilities. I drove up from PA to buy a used bike and ended up leaving on a new Road Glide. They made the process so simple and exciting. Emailed dealership interested in two used Lowrider ST’s I saw online. No price was given, was told to call in to get best price. So then I phoned to get a price for either bike, I’m then told to I need c saw online. No price was given, was told to call in to get best price. So then I phoned to get a price for either bike, I’m then told to I need come in person, get the VIP treatment, to get the best price, or any price for that matter. No price was given over the phone. Went to dealership ignoring their VIP check-in nonsense from and asked a salesman for a price on the two bikes. Was finally given at least a price range…”high twenties”??? xxx??? Asked for an exact out the door price, what is the price 25-27-29? Give me a price! The sales manager came over to assist. Asked him for a price 3 times. No price was given. I walked out the door with my CASHin hand. Got a call form a senior sales manager 10 minutes later. I explained everything that had gone on so far. I simply want a firm price for either bike. He is very sorry and but has to look it up online can he call me back in a half hour? Two weeks later and not a word from them. How is this place even in business? I made seven direct attempts asking for a price. How is it even possible that they could not provide a simple price for a product that they sell. More
In October 2021, we called Manchester HD about a specific Ultra Limited we were interested in. They advised that they had that bike in stock and to come see them. We made a "VIP" appointment and arrived on Ultra Limited we were interested in. They advised that they had that bike in stock and to come see them. We made a "VIP" appointment and arrived only to find out that the bike wasn't there and that it was in their warehouse "down the road". After testing driving a different Ultra Limited we told them we wanted that specific color scheme. They then told us they didn't have that bike in stock but they found it in MICHIGAN and it was a limited model/color scheme and the ONLY one left. We bartered back and forth for like an hour, while the salesman was making a deal with the front desk for us, we were "babysat" by another employee who never left our side unless the salesman came back to our table. When the salesman left, our babysitter came back and sat with us. We finally agreed on a price and was told the Harley was coming from Michigan and would be in Manchester in two weeks. We could NOT leave with our trade and needed to find our own way home..90 minutes away. Two days later we get a call and said the bike was sold to someone else the day we "purchased" it. They were searching for another one. They finally found one in NY and we took delivery 1 week later. We bought the additional coverage for upholstery as well. Now, almost 2 years later when we brought it in for service, we advised one speaker was blown which should be covered and there was a tiny tear in the arm rest which should also be covered. The service guy didn't know what the parameters were on the upholstery coverage and would check and let us know and also said the speaker was covered and on order. 4 weeks later we called about the speaker and upholstery and was told by a woman she would check and call us back. SIX weeks later and still no phone call on either issue. We will NEVER buy from here again and will NOT recommend anyone to buy here. High pressure and bait and switch schemes. If 0 stars was an option, that's what I would give. More
