It took 4 months from start to "finish" to get an oil change, do some suspension work, and (fail to) order a rear door magnet for my ford transit. The people at the desk were quick to say "sure no proble change, do some suspension work, and (fail to) order a rear door magnet for my ford transit. The people at the desk were quick to say "sure no problem we'll have it done tomorrow" over and over again but I had to keep bringing it back in week after week. At the end, they ordered the wrong part for the magnet and I just asked for my refund for that portion of it and I'll take it somewhere else. I am extremely annoyed and disappointed with Malouf and would rather take it anywhere else next time. More
