my 205,000 mile Ford f150 was on its way out. I finally junked it after about 4-5 months of debate. I started looking back then. Hence I went to several dealers over that time frame. The last one I went to was Malouf Ford in New Brunswick ( about an hours drive for me). Communication was great (Steve Case). They had many to choose from (looking for used). They had them ready for me when I got there! I worked with Alex. He wasn't pushy at all and very easy to deal with. AND HERE IS WHERE THEY DIFFERED FROM ALL THE OTHERS: they had an online price that remained EXACTLY the same as when I got there (not true in 3 or 4 other dealers). When I went to pay it showed the original price, taxes, and the DMV fees. AND THAT WAS IT (but for an etched VIN that cost less than the reduction in my insurance $149??). where are the PREP fees? where are the added costs if I didnt finance thru them? where are the fees I couldnt figure out what they were for? where were the extra "certified" fees?? "this was PRE-certified" sir, you will have to pay another $1985 for this actual cert". "but we will waive that so you can put it towards your $3,200 BETTER cert" said a few of them!!!!! My was GOLD CERTIFIED and there were no extra charges.The 2022 was pristine. The million check points were all excellent. The finance guy was very low key and extrordinarily nice as well. And off I drove with my "new' to me truck feeling like a got a great dealer at a great dealership. Thanks Alex! More

It took 4 months from start to "finish" to get an oil change, do some suspension work, and (fail to) order a rear door magnet for my ford transit. The people at the desk were quick to say "sure no problem we'll have it done tomorrow" over and over again but I had to keep bringing it back in week after week. At the end, they ordered the wrong part for the magnet and I just asked for my refund for that portion of it and I'll take it somewhere else. I am extremely annoyed and disappointed with Malouf and would rather take it anywhere else next time. More
