To deal with him, we passed up on multiple Cadillac dealers and drove almost an hour. Once again, we caught up on what has been happening in general and regarding family, etc. He showed in-depth knowledge of all the Cadillac line, as well as what would best suit our preferences. When he picked up the car, he demonstrated a thorough understanding of each and every feature. In short, we wouldn't buy another Cadillac from anyone other than Dennis. More

My husband does not like when salespeople follow you around, so the fact that Bill Selby just introduced himself & let us alone to check out all the SUVs in the showroom, but immediately came over when we had a question about the Traverse pleased my husband. Bill was very professional, honest, and explained anything & everything we asked about. We ended up purchasing the 2015 Traverse. He spent a significant amount of time making sure I knew about all the features of the Traverse and helped transfer my On Star account to the Traverse from my Malibu we traded in. We would definitely recommend Bill Selby to anyone looking for a car, and we have been very pleased with the service we have received by the Malouf service dept over the last 4 years. More
Never in my life have I encountered a sales manager like Todd and his director. Firstly I went to malouf I'm january of 2015 only to be told by one of their young sales reps to tell me I shouldn't look at t Todd and his director. Firstly I went to malouf I'm january of 2015 only to be told by one of their young sales reps to tell me I shouldn't look at the impala because it would be out of my price range. This was before my credit was ran and before I even could mention I already had a preapproval from my bank. I immediately left and bought my vehicle from Elkins Chevy. This week I gave malouf another shot since I bring my car to their service dept being they are the closest dealer to me. Interested in buying a traverse, preapproval equipped again, I sat with Robert sales rep who was the upmost respectful and easy individual to work with. As negotiations progressed, he brought his sales manager Todd over to assist. I specifically explained to them both that I was turned off of buying from them previously due to the sales rep from 2015. Note he still works there. I explained what I needed n how much we were willing to spend each month. Todd came back to us 3 different times with different quotes, none of which fell into our requested limits. He stated this is the best they can do. Being this was only the 2nd dealer we stopped at, we said we wanted to sleep on it. Todd mentioned to put a deposit down which is completely refundable if we end up not proceeding. We did do so, left the dealer and continued to shop. We Found a great deal later that night at Ciocca Chevy in Princeton and we took it. We gave Todd at Malouf a call at 9 am on the dot when they opened to oet him know we changed our mind and I was coming in for the deposit. When I arrived, I was greeted with hostility. Immediately questioning what did he do wrong, why aren't we buying, what did we buy n from who. I respectfully explained we recieved a better deal and took it. Almost instantaneously, he starts to drilling me with questions stating he is extremely pissed and wants to know why I didnt take the deal with him. I kindly explained again that we found a better deal and took it and i honestly did not have to explain myself. He says '"oH I think you need to explain yourself and I need to figure out what I'm going to do because you played me.. im so pissed I cant believe you bought from someone else". I simply stated I need to go and would like my refund, he said to give him a moment and proceeded to his managers office. I sat for 15 minutes waiting, only to walk out of the office to see Todd leaned back in a chair in the managers office, hand and finger on the side of his face with an Angry expression. I once again asked about the refund and stated my 3 month old baby was in the car with my wife still waiting. He again, in front of his manager began to drill me with questions again stating how pissed he was. At this point in time I am now upset, the entire dealership is lined up outside the office watching the incident. After telling both Todd and his manager i need my refund immediately or I would contact the authorities. At this point in time. Very hesitantly Todd stands up and asks for my card to refund. The refund still took ANOTHER 10.MINS as I sat there to him and his boss still complaining saying how pissed they are. I told both of them that due to thos experience, I no longer will he servicing my car her, wont buy from them and would be posting this online. I explained to the manager that I can not believe that he would allow his subordinate talk to a customer that way, express hes oissed at me several times, delay my refund n hold me n my family up all because of his ego. Having a narcissistic egotistical sales manager has indefinitely lost my business. His manager then said well it shows what kind of person you are to say something like that. What kind of person I am because I was verbally disrespected by his employee Nd I'm providing me feedback? Malouf needs to revisit their training and who they gave in their roles. Keep in kind I spent 1000 less than 5 days ago in their service dept for my impala. Never again Once again, robert was great, randy and his team in the service dept are great. Never had an issue with them. The rest of the sales team, todd the sales manager and his boss that sits 2 offices from him are absolutely wrong for the face of the dealership. Twice, disrespected and belittled when I would have been putting money in their pocket. Questioned n told several times they were pissed at me.. pissed at me making a decision which was better for my family. Will be sending a very detailed letter to corporate. More
