Traveling from Kentucky back home to Charlottesville to buy my very f Thanks to Eric and Jim Price Hyundai I was able to drive away with my dream car! Traveling from Kentucky back home to Charlottesville to buy my very first car I am so happy I ended up at Jim Price. After being told that same day that it would be difficult to find a car I wanted in my price range I stopped by Jim Price Hyundai in a very depressed state. I was immediately greeted by Eric and reassured that he would find me my dream car in my price range, and that's exactly what he did. He was the first and only salesperson to ask what I wanted and found EXACTLY the car that best fit me. This is my very first time buying a car and Eric allowed me to drive off the very next day in a brand new car when every other dealership told me that was impossible. I can't thank Eric or this dealership enough for selling me a car that is absolutely perfect. I never would of thought I would be able to have a brand new car as my first car purchase and I owe it all to Eric and Jim Price! Both myself and my parents are incredibly thankful for everything that you did and you have finally given us reassurance that I am safe in Kentucky with this car! More

Hyuandai roadside assistance towed me to the closest dealership, Jim Price Hyundai, at no Last week I found myself with a flat tire an hour from home. Hyuandai roadside assistance towed me to the closest dealership, Jim Price Hyundai, at no charge. I was very lucky! Though my tire was not in stock, the service manager Jeff Fraizer went above and beyond to get me a tire when he could have said "Get a tow to where they have your tire," which would have been $75. It was 5 pm (just about closing), I was out of there in less than an hour, and they even washed my car for me. Everyone was super friendly. A wonderful experience!! More
