Traveling from Kentucky back home to Charlottesville to buy my very f Thanks to Eric and Jim Price Hyundai I was able to drive away with my dream car! Traveling from Kentucky back home to Charlottesville to buy my very first car I am so happy I ended up at Jim Price. After being told that same day that it would be difficult to find a car I wanted in my price range I stopped by Jim Price Hyundai in a very depressed state. I was immediately greeted by Eric and reassured that he would find me my dream car in my price range, and that's exactly what he did. He was the first and only salesperson to ask what I wanted and found EXACTLY the car that best fit me. This is my very first time buying a car and Eric allowed me to drive off the very next day in a brand new car when every other dealership told me that was impossible. I can't thank Eric or this dealership enough for selling me a car that is absolutely perfect. I never would of thought I would be able to have a brand new car as my first car purchase and I owe it all to Eric and Jim Price! Both myself and my parents are incredibly thankful for everything that you did and you have finally given us reassurance that I am safe in Kentucky with this car! More

Unexpected This was my one first time in a car dealership and I felt very comfortable. While buying my car the sales person was very friendly. They even have an area for children to feel at home while having to wait. I was very impressed. More

Above and beyond Last week I found myself with a flat tire an hour from home. Hyuandai roadside assistance towed me to the closest dealership, Jim Price Hyundai, at no Last week I found myself with a flat tire an hour from home. Hyuandai roadside assistance towed me to the closest dealership, Jim Price Hyundai, at no charge. I was very lucky! Though my tire was not in stock, the service manager Jeff Fraizer went above and beyond to get me a tire when he could have said "Get a tow to where they have your tire," which would have been $75. It was 5 pm (just about closing), I was out of there in less than an hour, and they even washed my car for me. Everyone was super friendly. A wonderful experience!! More

Anton and Mike were wonderful! We first started looking at vehicles on-line. I sent an email to the dealership explaining what we were looking for, and not long after that, I receiv We first started looking at vehicles on-line. I sent an email to the dealership explaining what we were looking for, and not long after that, I received an email from Anton. I'm sure it wasn't easy to interpret what we were looking for. It was difficult for me to explain, but Anton knew exactly what we were looking for. He sent us several pics of vehicles, and we found 2 that we wanted to test drive. When we actually met Anton, he made us feel very comfortable talking to him. He helped us in every way he could, and we so appreciated it. Then there was Mike who did the financial part once we decided on the vehicle we wanted. Mike was just wonderful in finding the best way to finance the vehicle. What a great personality! We have already been bragging to our friends and family about the service we received there. We've been to other dealerships, but have never been treated like they were looking out for our best interests. It was truly a wonderful experience. We highly recommend Jim Price if anyone needs a vehicle - new or used. More
