'08 Chevy Malibu and Jen Franklin I was in the market for a used car after my last car had major engine trouble. I made contact with Ms. Franklin through the request a trade-in quote I was in the market for a used car after my last car had major engine trouble. I made contact with Ms. Franklin through the request a trade-in quote option on the Jim Price Chevrolet website. We made arrangements to meet and review available options, and to test drive a couple cars. Ms. Franklin went so far as to come in on her day off to accommodate my schedule. We narrowed down the field to three cars, test drove each of them, and decided which one to concentrate on. I was looking at another dealership as well, did not hide the fact, and Ms. Franklin understood this as well. While Ms. Franklin was interested in making a sale, she was more interested in helping me find a car that fit my needs, even if that meant I ended up purchasing from someone else. Even when it became apparent that she was going to get the sale a few days later she still worked with, and for, me in having a couple minor things corrected with the car, and work out a great price. I am very well satisfied with both Jim Price Chevrolet and Jennifer "Jen" Franklin. I would consider purchasing another car or truck from them. More
