I was a little disappointed that the dealership didn't make the offer a trade for an option I wanted and ended up paying for (cargo cover $229 and cross roof rails $246). More

I had been instructed to ask for a specific gentleman through a work associate of mine and let me tell you, it was much appreciated. When I sat down with Mr. Deavers the first thing that struck me was his kind demeanor, and undivided attention. With this, I had no issue discussing and later placing an order for the new sedan. Weeks later I was informed that there were manufacturer limitations in place that would delete the chances of the order being processed, but this did not deter Mr. Deavers. He took time and was able to locate the exact match to my order of the car I desired and came through in the clutch. More
