Customer satisfaction vs dealer's wallet Great dealership. My only real complaint is that The sales person I got was a bit too agressive in a way. I told her what I needed/ wanted when I firs Great dealership. My only real complaint is that The sales person I got was a bit too agressive in a way. I told her what I needed/ wanted when I first came and she insist that other vehicles fit my needs. Though ultimately Cathy helped me out of a bad situation from a different dealership, I would have bought a car the first day had she not been so xxxx bent on making a sale. She knows her stuff but if someone says they need this of a vehicle, then try to deliver. She did let me talk to a service member who told me his experience with hyundais. But when I told him I worked at a farm and need something with at least awd he understood and agreed that fwd would not be my best bet. it's all good though. Also when I told her my concerns about the increase in car payment vs insurance, she was very quick to say " oh it will balance out. Your insurance will go down since ou switched from an suv to a car." I knew this probably wasn't true, but I went with it for the sake of needing a car. It was no where near true and she knew it. My car insurance went up and now I have to struggle to pay it because of the little lie. I would have rather her been up front and honest. Even if I had decided to not buy the car, I would be more likely to stick with the dealership for future business. I briefly spoke to another salesman while waiting for Cathy, and honestly I wish I would have been able to talk to him to get a vehicle that suited my needs. I understand making money is the name of the game, but if you lose a couple of bucks but gain the loyalty of costumers, that's worth more. Again, they really did help me out, but I would not trust it was looking out for my satisfaction vs their wallets. Update: They charged me way more then the car was ever worth. I was in a bind and while they claimed I was getting a better deal on a hyundai (i was originally suppose to get a chevy) it was a lie. now I'm even more screwed than before, and ( as I told the sales person the fist time, a sedan is not the size I need) I'm stuck with this car. It's a good car, for a commuter, not a barn person. (pardon me but salesmen who aren't actually looking out for clients do not keep my business. This is why I will be sticking to valley honda.) More
