Traded down to a new Hyundai Elantra So I had an aging 2010 Ford Escape that I wanted to get out of underneath and Cathy helped with trading it in to purchase a new car that better suited So I had an aging 2010 Ford Escape that I wanted to get out of underneath and Cathy helped with trading it in to purchase a new car that better suited my needs as a commuter. I'm very pleased with the professionalism shown throughout my sales experience and am enjoying driving around a new car for the first time in my life. I had originally gone in to buy a new(er) used car than I currently had, but in my situation the best thing to do was to buy new. I even sat down and did the math a few times with a pen and paper with Cathy to make sure I understood everything and what the best path forward would be as I was apprehensive about investing in a new vehicle. They showed me how the service center works and all seem to be very receptive to questions as she helped me with my decision to buy new vs used. [I do wish the new cars came with a CD player as it was the one feature I used the most on my previous vehicles, since data plans have limited data and signals can interrupt your favorite playlist, but I fortunately have an Android phone that can handle high capacity micro SD cards so I can play my favorite music through my phone instead. This has nothing to do with Price Hyundai, just a disappointment at the direction new car entertainment systems are going.] More
