Recently I had Tahoe engine warranty work done, easy to schedule and so happy with the work - then my brakes started squealing - went in and got them turned(front) and replaced(rear), they continued to squ schedule and so happy with the work - then my brakes started squealing - went in and got them turned(front) and replaced(rear), they continued to squeal so took it back in, they were great about getting me in quickly, and double checking so that I ended up with new rotors no charge, the ones from the factory weren't good enough - SO happy they really took care of the problem instead of kicking it down the street - Great customer service More

Steer clear - especially for a Corvette. This is my first ever negative review of any business, but it is well deserved. This dealership used obviously deceptive and pressuring tactics as opposed to treating a potential customer with respect. This was my first stop when I decided to start looking to buy my first Corvette. Immediately, I noticed a $5000 markup over MSRP on all three Corvettes in stock. A very polite young salesman helped me and showed me all three cars and the options available. His manager came out afterwards and helped with more information. I told both of them that I just started looking and wanted to drive or even just ride in one before I would commit to ordering one. The manager told me he did not have any allocations to order one at that point anyway. He also said that they wouldn't allow test drives on their new cars to keep the mileage low, but that they did have a fourth car that I could drive when it came back to the dealership. A few days later, I received a call that the car was back and I could come and drive it. We set up an appointment and when I showed up, they started off by delaying because they said the summer tires couldn't be driven until it warmed up. It was in the upper 40's at the time, I believe. I offered several times over the next two hours that if I couldn't drive or ride, I could come back. I spent the time looking over the four Corvettes, being brought into the office to discuss next steps by a different young salesman. He made multiple trips to his manager and at one point said that I could drive it if I agreed to a price for an ordered car. On the sheet was a $1500 dealer applied paint protection that I would not have wanted and they refused to remove it. I again stated that it was okay if I couldn't drive and would just look elsewhere. During his last trip to the manager(s), I noticed a small handwritten sign on his computer monitor that said, "Create a sense of urgency". When he came back, he said the only way I can drive is if I sign the price sheet and give them a $1000 deposit. I immediately left the dealership for the last time. I received a text from the original salesman the next day asking if he could help me with anything. I politely declined and explained to him the way I was treated. I have received no further communication. I feel bad for the two young salesmen who seemingly are being forced into these antiquated, deceptive and disrespectful tactics by these managers. I have since found a respectable dealership where the salesman and manager went out of their way to get me my test drive (and, wow, by the way!) and place my order for a new Corvette at a fair price with no unwanted markups. There are honest, respectful dealerships out there, you just have to look around. More
It was easy to make an appointment and the state inspection was completed efficiently. The 3% surcharge for using a credit card is absolutely chicken xxxx. I can accept that at a mom and pop store, inspection was completed efficiently. The 3% surcharge for using a credit card is absolutely chicken xxxx.
