This is a canned email response. You already have my information. You bought it from the previous owner of this Dealership. Really, you have credit card terminals that automatically add 3% to all transactions. This is against the Merchants agreement you have with the CC companies that you accept. You have not posted this anywhere in your business. Your System adds 6 quarts of oil to all car oil changes regardless of what the vehicle takes. That violates the law in Va. These are just predatory business practices that you brought to this area. Your website is just a shell. The two phone numbers on "Main Shop" emails have 2 different area codes for same phone number,. and I can go on. As a very long term Chevrolet/Gm customer I would be interested in knowing whether GM even wants to have you represent the brand. If you want to dispute any part of what I said above please do. I have the facts to justify everything that I have written...
