Came in for an oil change and a mileage service. Was told my transmission needed replacing. Cost > $11k. Had to get my car jumped twice before I could leave the dealership. Asked to have the "tire kit maintenance " message removed. Was told I could/ should do that myself. Asked to have service department do it. It wasn't done. I checked my windshield for the mileage the car next oil change. No sticker was put on the windshield. I feel like I was overcharged for the service (>$700) treated rudely. More

Service was performed on truck and they suggested a couple of things that needed to be done. One was cabin filter and it had been replaced. I can't say that I've had a bad experience with everyone in the service department, but as far as my overall experience, it's been a nightmare. To sum it up, I've taken my 2019 f150 up there eight times. Si in the service department, but as far as my overall experience, it's been a nightmare. To sum it up, I've taken my 2019 f150 up there eight times. Six times under warranty. From the very first time I've had it there I've voice my concerns with the rear end. I am not a mechanic, so I could not properly diagnose the issue, but knew where it was coming from and had some leaking. The first visit, they said it was a bad seal. Being that it only had 14k miles I found that hard to believe, but the replaced under warranty. Unfortunately, that did not resolve the issue. Still leaked, still clunked, and still felt like it was always in 4 wheel drive. After a few more visits with no services preformed and having been told everything seemed normal, I gave up. At this point, they've had my truck at least four times, over a week each time, and only preformed one service. I could not afford to keep giving up my only means of transportation anymore. Fast forward to today, 75k miles later. I'm about to pay another shop $3600 for a new rear end because now my rear end is trashed, per Ford, and my warranty is expired.
